2. We'll email you a pre-consultation questionnaire to fill out and submit before the consultation. Filling out the questionnaire will aid us in determining your wedding floral needs and will expedite the initial meeting.


3. Please bring the following items with you to the consultation, if possible:
   
   • Pictures of flowers and floral designs that you love and pictures of flowers and floral designs that you do not love;
   • Pictures of the bride's dress and the attendants' dresses, if possible;
   • Fabric swatches or paint chips of the colors you want included in the palette for your special day; and
   • A list of the names and roles of the complete wedding party.
   
   
4. After the consultation, we will email a detailed proposal of your floral costs within five business days. Please note: Because we book a maximum of two weddings per weekend, our calendar fills very quickly. For that reason, we require a 20% deposit to hold your date no more than five days after your proposal has been sent to you. All dates are reserved on a first-come, first-booked basis. All payments made by credit card will be charged an additional 3% processing fee.


5. A total of two one-hour follow-up consultations--one of which may be a site visit--are included. Adjustments to the proposal can be made up to two weeks before the wedding, and the final payment of the total floral balance is due two weeks before the wedding.
